Our grandparents came from Greece to Hoboken, NJ through Ellis Island. Our grandfather worked tirelessly until he owned his own luncheonette in Hoboken, where our father grew up learning the value of hard work. Today, we honor that legacy with New Jersey's most exciting food truck, blending iconic NJ flavors with our Greek Heritage.

Inspired by the streets, parks, diners, and pop culture of our youth, our food truck incorporates design elements from the iconic NJ/NYC Greek Diner Coffee Cups, famously known as the “Anthora™ Paper Cup.” With our motto, "WE ARE HAPPY TO FEED YOU," we aim to become a beloved staple in your daily life, evoking memories of the classic Tri-State Area coffee cup you might remember from childhood ball games and trips to local diners. Our truck brings a taste of New Jersey and NYC culture to your neighborhood, offering comfort food with a nostalgic twist.

We purchased our food truck in the winter of 2021 with the mission of bringing affordable, delicious, and classic New Jersey food to customers across the state and in our Bergen County Home! In its previous life, the truck served as a hot dog stand along a busy highway in Upstate NY. We’ve kept its legacy alive by proudly showcasing the iconic Sabrett hot dog painted on the side, offering New Jersey-style hot dogs that are a true taste of the Garden State!
